Bespoke & Group Tutoring

I am a qualified instructor offering tuition, coaching and mentoring in all elements of patchwork and quilting. All tuition can be on a one to one basis or a shared experience

  For beginners

• Starting from scratch and finishing a small quilt, including binding, following a basic pattern over a four         week period

• Hand quilting
• English paper piecing

  Intermediate

  Tips, advice and practical sewing for achieving best practice in various techniques i.e.

• HST’s (half square triangles)

• HSR’s (half square rectangles)

• Hour glass blocks

  Any other techniques of your choice

• Chain piecing and strip piecing
• Boarders
• Machine quilting
• Free motion quilting

• Cutting out patterns and basic dress making
• Basic bag making
• Cushions

All tuition is undertaken on a personal basis and will need to be arranged via a

consultation/appointment and prices are on application
